Joining

Lacrosse is an exciting and engaging sport at any age and is the fastest growing college sport.  The Deer Park Youth Lacrosse program plays in the Suffolk County P.A.L. from K-6th Grades. Our mission is to have fun while learning the fundamentals of Lacrosse. Team sizes are small so there will be plenty of playing time for each player.

Throughout the fall we have multiple clinics to introduce new players to the concepts and rules and some introductory lacrosse practices. These are free to join and don't require a commitment for the season, although we hope you join.

Registration for the P.A.L. season is in January.  The cost per player is $185 for the 2nd-6th grade (8 game season) and $150 for K-1 (6 game season). This helps us cover the cost of uniforms, insurance, referees and reserving playing fields. The program does not provide any equipment. During the season there will be 2 practices weekly and a game on Saturday evening or Sunday morning / early afternoon.
